Summer Solstice Meditation
Today we celebrate the LIGHT within and all around us!
Take a deep breath in. Bring your focus to the dantian point, about an inch and a half below the navel — that single, unique note that holds you into this physical form.
Envision now a golden line of light that drops down from the dantian. Down through the root, through the legs, out through the soles of the feet, where three lines of golden light meet and merge at the earth crust chakra. Gently sinking, deeper and deeper into the earth’s core, wrapping around the crystal heart of Gaia herself.
Feel the ancient, stable, unconditional love of the Earth rising up through this golden cord into your body — filling your root, your sacral, your solar plexus, your heart, your throat, your third eye, your crown. Let it overflow into your aura, expanding your light field in all directions.
Now turn your awareness upward — through your crown, through the atmosphere, through the cosmic realms — connecting with the brilliant white light of the summer sun and the creative intelligence of the cosmos. Let this solar light pour down into you like liquid gold, meeting the earth light in your heart center.
