Welcome to our last meditation journey in the High Vibrational Chakra Upgrade Series. We will focus on the crown center, Sahasrara. Our theme is “Anchoring Our Highest Self” — calling in the highest vibrational pattern that is available to us through the higher self. This allows us to guide the vibrational pattern into our physiology, our cellular consciousness, DNA and to the earth. Cultivating this practice gains higher levels of alignment and co-creation to further embody our soul’s longings, desires and intentions.
Essential Oil Alchemy: Cardamom
Cardamom medicine is one of great inspiration. Energizing to the spirit as well as the mind, this aromatic is spicy, fresh and warming. This wonderful digestive can often be found in Indian cuisine including the ever-popular chai tea. The alchemy of cardamom inspires new ideas, uplifts the mind and emotions, and invites us to open and expand our connection to the Divine — to feel aligned, supported and invigorated.
By breathing in Cardamom with the intention of anchoring our higher self, we create a new memory cell in the limbic center of the brain — associating this aromatic with our highest vibrational state. Each time we breathe it in thereafter, we have a direct pathway back to this elevated state of consciousness.
Crystal Alchemy: Stilbite
Stilbite medicine is one of energetic elongation and expansion. This zeolite mineral is often white or colorless. It is excellent for meditation journeys that aim to access higher levels of consciousness and encourages us to elevate our emotions, vibration and mental outlook in life. Call upon this mineral to soar beyond the day-to-day challenges and see new perspective.
The Anchoring Visualization
Place one drop of Cardamom on the left palm of your hand, cup both hands and breathe in deeply. Hold your Stilbite in your receiving (left) hand.
Begin by grounding deeply into the earth — sending roots of golden light down through your feet, through the layers of the earth, to her crystalline heart. Feel the earth’s stable, unconditional love rising up to meet you.
Then, from your crown center, send a column of crystalline white light upward — through the atmosphere, through the cosmic realms — connecting with the highest aspect of your own soul, your “I AM” presence. Feel the wisdom, the love, and the clarity of your highest self pouring down into you like light through a prism.
Where earth energy and cosmic energy meet in your heart center — this is where your higher self anchors. This is your true home. This is the frequency you are now invited to live from, moment by moment, as your natural state of being.
