- Find a quiet moment in nature, or create a sacred space in your home.
- Hold something that represents your harvest — a fruit, a flower, a crystal, or your own hands.
- Breathe deeply and bring to mind three things that are genuinely flourishing in your life right now. Let yourself feel the gratitude fully in your body.
- Speak these blessings aloud: “I am grateful for [name three things]. I receive this abundance with an open and grateful heart.”
